U.S. Customs issued CSMS message #67466320 today announcing the launch of the Forced Labor Portal. The portal is to be utilized for the submission of review requests such as Withholding Release Orders, Applicability Reviews, and Exceptions. Effective January 21, 2026, use of the portal is mandatory for the types of requests highlighted.
