U.S. Customs has issued CSMS message #67702087 providing updates on how the new US-India agreement is being implemented. Products of India are no longer subject to the 25% Russian Oil Tariff, which was put in place on August 6, 2025. The Reciprocal Tariff for India remains at 25% as no guidance has yet been provided regarding the proposed 18% rate. Further updates will be provided as the situation develops.
