On December 31, 2025, the Administration announced a one-year delay in the Section 232 tariff increases for upholstered furniture, kitchen cabinets, and vanities—which were originally scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2026. As a result, the anticipated additional 25% tariff will not be implemented at this time.
Please note: the existing 25% import tariffs on these products, imposed under the September 25 Presidential Proclamation, remain in effect.
