The USTR has announced that the remaining exclusions to the Section 301 tariffs on goods from China, which were to expire on May 31, will be extended to Aug 31. These exclusions, entered under 9903.88.69, cover 164 previously extended exclusions and 14 exclusions covering some solar manufacturing equipment.
For now, these are the only exclusions available to the 301 tariffs.
